About The Math Pal and Ms. Leena Deshpande
Ms. Leena Deshpande, Founder and CEO of The Math Pal LLC, is a passionate educator dedicated to helping students develop confidence and excellence in mathematics. With a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and early career experience as a research scientist, Ms. Leena discovered her true calling through teaching Abacus to young learners.
Her journey began unexpectedly when parents sought her out to continue teaching their children after she left a local Abacus institute. Driven by their trust and encouragement, she created The Math Pal, building her Abacus, Concept-Based Math, and Competitive Math programs from the ground up.
Today, Ms. Leena Deshpande personally guides every student, tailoring lessons to their needs, nurturing their confidence, and inspiring a lifelong love for math.
